[Taxacom] Dr. Santiago Castroviejo died yesterday in Madrid

[Leopoldo Medina Domingo]

Dear friends,

Last night died Santiago Castroviejo. His long scientific career can be
summarized in two major projects: the "Real Jard?n Bot?nico" and the
"Flora iberica". As Director of the RJB, Santiago put it into the
forefront of research international botany, but surely all remember him
for being the alma mater of the project "Flora iberica".
