Have you tried
http://www.nhm.ac.uk/research-curation/research/projects/echinoid-directory
which is described as:
An open-community project to make high-quality taxonomic data and
images of echinoids, Recent and fossil, freely available on the Web.
It currently covers about 95% of all named genera. Illustrations of
the type species of each genus are provided together with information
on its key diagnostic characters, its stratigraphical and geographical
distribution, species currently assigned with confidence to the genus
(not necessarily exhaustive), and pertinent scientific publications.
Dichotomous keys are provided at all levels to aid identification, and
are fully illustrated. There are also sections on the morphology and
biology of this group along with a taxonomic index.
