Evolution of the Insects, by Grimaldi and Engel

[Robin Leech]

Can anyone tell me how to get through to Amazon.com?
I tried as a member, and then tried again as a new member.
Was rejected both times for some minor error (Amazon's words).
How do I get through to Amazon, either by the internet, or by
long-distance phone call?  Any help much appreciated.
