17(3-05): 89-91, published December 1959.  This is Direction 104 and it give
sthe history of Bonnet's 1947 petition (privately printed) and a report on
the resulting survey was in B.Z.N. 3: 173-176.  There are additional
references to later papers in the B.Z.N. within the 1959 paper.
