Robert Mill is right, and I had forgotten initiating this discussion once
before.  Now that he has reminded me, I remember being dissatisfied that no
one was planning to attempt to make clarifications in this article.  Well,
it seems that someone else is planning to propose a clarification, so I am
content to let the matter lie, since the original intent of the discussion
in St. Louis was to link the "here designated" phrase to
lectotypification.  The ambiguity should be cleared by changing
"designation of a type..." to "designation of a lectotype..."
