page charges

[Leah Larkin]

Hi All,

I'm about to submit a grant proposal and need a figure for the budget
page charges for a monograph-sized work. None of the journals that
do monographs that I've contacted for information have gotten back to
me, so if anyone can give me a rough estimate of a reasonable figure,
I'd be grateful.
