I am currently redeveloping the Pollyclave software as an MSc project at
the University of Toronto.  The software (about 75% complete) should be
completed by late September.  The test database is available at:

Software/database updates are scheduled for mid August,  mid September and
early October.

The DELTA database is parsed into an Access database that is read by
ColdFusion and posted to the internet.  One of current tasks is to import
various DELTA databases to ensure that the information contained is parsed
problem-free into ACCESS, and ultimately posting of the ColdFusion pages.
During development we wanted the software to incorporate features used in
IntKey, LuCid and PicKey.  A few more features will be added over the next
month or so.

I am currently developing the User and Developer's Manual, and hope to
have them online in September.
