As a maintainer of one web site, I would be interested in knowing a
proper wording or notation for referencing it.

I have gotten few requests to give such, but I don't really know what
to reply. I'm talking about

  http://www.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/

As far as taxonomic content goes, the key points are

- it's content is dynamically changing depending on what information
sources I have used (or decide to follow at any point of time),

- there is no original taxonomic information from me. Everything is
based on (almost randomly selected) published sources, and
  occasionally other web sources.

- I do try to mark original sources

- I just collect names, without making judgements on their status or
ranking (other than deciding on whose opinion to follow).

Obviously, my site should definitely not be referenced in connection
of status of some named taxa!
