Eucalyptus sp.? ssp."Babby blue"?

Dear friends, 
I know that there is a little possibility that somebody can help me, 
but I don't know where else to ask.
My problem:a friend of mine needs an information about Eucalyptus sp.. 
He is interested in a sort called Babby blue, as he heard of another person. 
I need a proper Latin name for this species (subspecies, sort or I don't know what). 
He needs precise scientific name to order seed of this plant species. 
Can you help me, please?
I am interested in companies (European if is possible) where is possible to order Eucalyptus seeds, too.
