real time PCR recommendation please

Dear members,

We are looking for a real time PCR system now and we found the
followings are available.
iCycler, IQ
Cephied Smartcycler
Applied Biosystems Geneamp 5700 and 7700
Rotor Gene RG-2072D and 2072M

If you know any of the above systems or have an experience on these,
would you please let us know pros and cons?  I also would like to have
your advice on the cost and problems.  Thank you in advance.
