more about Milium effusum

Hi,

I have some additional information about Milium effusum that may help somebody to help me to collect some seeds of it... this far my call for help from TAXACOM subscribers has not been veery sucessfull. If anyone is able to get me some seeds from a natural North American population of this species I will be most grateful. (See my previous mails through taxacom on this subject).

The common name of Milium effusum is American milletgrass and it belongs to the Poaceae. According to the distribution map I have at hand it occurs in the north-eastern parts of the USA,
southwards to North Carolina and westwards to Minnesota and from there it extends into adjacent parts of Canada.

Still hoping for some help from someone over there ...
