Martinov?

Dear Taxacom members:

A student asked me a question which I have been unable to answer, and
thought that, perhaps, an erudite individual out there can assist.

In the St. Louis code, in Appendix IIB, the authority for Eriocaulaceae is
given as follows:

Eriocaulaceae Martinov, Tekhno-Bot. Slovar: 237. 1820.

Since this is a change in the way the family authority was listed from
previous codes, the student has been trying to track this down.

Ivan Martinov is listed in TL-2, but not this publication.  I have not been
able to find out what Tekhno-Bot. Slovar is.

Can anyone help us?
