I am afraid that this is not so correct answer, I do not believe that every
member of the committee is behind one computer and all writing together,
like everyone writing his small part each world or sentence...
I also believe that the committee has to be more than one or two persons...

I have feeling that someone wrote this part of code and after the committee
agree with the paragraph / sentence /chapter..
