Are the flowers of Fraxinus dipetala fragrant?

Can anybody tell me if the flowers of Fraxinus dipetala (Oleaceae),
two-petal ash, foothill ash, or California flowering ash, occurring
in California and surrounding states in the USA, have fragrant
flowers? Has anyone observed any insect visitors? If so, what kind?

Thank you for any information you have regarding the flowering of this species.

Eva
