southern ocean map

Hi all,

I am looking for a Tertiary period map, from a Southern Ocean perspective,
which shows the landbridge link between Antarctica and South America,
across the Scotian Arc.  Preferably one with present day contours drawn on.

Can anybody suggest a publication or website where I might be able to find
this.
