Herbarium Supply field press

[Michael]

This may be a silly question, but... I am looking at a plant field press
sold by Herbarium Supply Co., and I cannot determine how to use it. From
the outside it looks like "standard" field presses I've seen, although
larger in size. It opens up to reveal a multitude of pockets, flaps and
Velcro straps. Perhaps someone familiar with this style of press could
enlighten me about the function of its parts?
