PAUP troubles

Hello, I would like to use PAUP for Phylogeny analysis on molecular sequences.
the trouble is that I have "cleaned" and recorded all the sequences on
SeqApp, now I can't import the sequences from SeqApp to PAUP.  I tried to
convert the SeqApp file in Nexus file but it was a new failure.  If anybody
know a way, please, help me !
