help with PAUP 4

I would appreciate some help from anyone using PAUP-4 the Beta version for PC. It does not come with an instruction manual,
but I finally figured out the format for setting up a data matrix and for executing the program without getting error messages. I also
understand that the beta version does not do trees and that they must be done in Treeview. I am having problems saving the Paup
execution in order to run it through Treeview. Any help would be appreciated.
