How to unsubscribe, resubscribe Taxacom

Taxacom members,

Sorry to post this directly to Taxacom, but...  The server (and domain
name) I've used for the last 6 years is being shut down on August 15th.
After that date my email account will be handled by a different
server/domain name and all messages will be returned as unsendable.  I need
to sign off of Taxacom from my old account and resubscribe using my new
email account so I don't tie up the Taxacom list.  Unfortunately, I trashed
that "You might want to keep this for future reference" message (it's only
important when you need it!) and don't know the addresses to do so.

Can anyone help?
