DNA Extraction Protocols for Campanulaceae

Many thanks to all who responded so generously
to my request for help in the removal of polysaccharides
during DNA extraction. All the suggestions are
worth trying and I will be experimenting during
the coming weeks.

If a "definitive" protocol for the Campanulaceae
is found I will make it available via TAXACOM and
in the forthcoming internet newsletter "CODON".
