another citation concern

Friends:

    This question is for all of you editors out there. I have a
manuscript which features the following citation:

    "Means, D. B. and G. Grow. 1985. The endangered longleaf pine
         community. ENFO 85: 1-12."

    My problem is that I can't find this journal in Botanico-
Periodicum-Huntianum...meanwhile the author suggests that I could add
this clarifying information at the end of the citation:

    "ENFO is a publication of the Florida Conservation Foundation,
        researched and edited by the Envirionmental Information
        Center, Winter Park."

    Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks, John Nelson
