Librarian. The Desert Botanical Garden seeks a full time librarian for its 10,0
00 volume collection of literature on botanical research, horticulture, and des
ert environments.  Responsibilities include managing library operations and pro
grams, collection development, providing information assistance to staff and ot
her library users, and training/supervision of volunteer staff. Qualifications
for this position include a Master's degree from an accreditied library school,
 coursework in botany, experience with computer applications in libraries and u
se of OCLC records, 1-2 years professional library experience, and good writing
