Which Revolution?

Surely there is a revolution where cladistics has created a dilemma for the
weak-heartened. What is the sister-group to Archaeopterygidae [ignoring some
fossil taxa]? Birds... An impending(?) solution is to change the group
'birds' to a family, then to a size far less speciose than Formicidae.
