A notice entitled "Plant pest regulations; review of current provisions;
advance notice of proposed rulemaking and notice of public meeting" has
been published by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the
U.S. Dept. of Agriculture in the Federal Register 61(189): 50767-50770,
Sept. 27, 1996.  This regards importation and interstate movement of
