Scientific Names for Common

The herbarium has been asked for the scientific name of two plants, Mori -
from which a bark extract is obtained and
Imperate - the root of which is used.

The inquiry originated in St. Petersburg, but I could not find the answer in
our references.  Can anyone help?  Thank you in advance,  Mary
