e-mail addresses of herbaria

TAXACOM members:

I wondered if someone might know if there is a list of the herbaria
listed in Index Herbariorum with the names and e-mail addresses (if
they exist) of the herbarium directors and/or curators?  I have queried
the TAXACOM files for e-mail addresses, but people are listed by only
by country or last name and not by institution.  Is there another source?
