Texomys ritchiei

Does anyone know who described Texomys ritchiei from Trinity River Pit
(Miocene), Texas? I can't seem to find the original description of the
species anywhere. The holotype should be a Shuler Mus. Paleont. -
Southern Methodist Univ. specimen (no. 65555).
