RCSE Guidelines

          The new guidelines governing proposals to Research
     Collections in Systematics and Ecology have been published by NSF
     and are available on request.  The guidelines are identical
     (verbatim) to ones placed on TAXACOM a few weeks ago, except that
     the printed version is prettier, namely, gussied up by boldfaces
     and italics.

          NSF will be distributing these guidelines to grants and
     administrative offices at university and free-standing
     institutions.  If you want a copy mailed to you, please reply
