How to cite Flora of Guatemala

Dear All

I am looking for an article entitled somthing like "How to cite Flora
of Guatemala", that I was told not only clarify the way that Flora
was published, but also has some statistics about the whole work, like
number of species treated, authors of the fasciles, etc. Does anybody
knows the exact title and cite of that paper?
