Biodiversity Assessment

I am attempting to prepare a bibliography of methodologies for doing
biodiversity assessment.  There is a lot written on Assessment/Survey of local
areas (a mine site, stream etc.), but very little seems to have been written,
or at least collated on:

Regional Assessment
Country-Wide Assessment (a la Biodiversity Treaty)
Continental (including Marine Biodiversity Assessment).

I have copies of papers given out at the recent ATBI (All-Taxa Biodiversity
Inventory) Workshop in Philadelphia in April.

I am also interested in integrated assessment and papers written on this
subject as well.

Once the Bibliography has been prepared, I will circulate on Taxacom as well
as put it up on the ERIN Gopher in Australia.
